Eurostar Complaints Process
Eurostar will do their best to resolve your complaint immediately when you phone to make the complaint. However, if this isn’t possible they’ll transfer it to their Traveller Care team who will get back to you either in two working days, or seven working days if you have sent your complaint in a letter.
They aim to have your complaint resolved within one month, but if it does take any longer the process will last no longer than three months.
If you are delayed 60 minutes or more when you are travelling with Eurostar you are entitled to compensation for that travel.
