When you phone Viagogo to make a complaint, on the number above, they will take details of the complaint and if they can’t give you a response straight away then they aim to give you a response within 24 hours. For those complaints relating to events that are happening in the next few days, these will be prioritised. So, if you don’t hear from them within 24 hours this is why.
If they need further information from you relating to your complaint, a customer advisor will either be in touch with you on the phone, or will send you a form to fill out, which you must do within 10 working days. Once you’ve filled in this form, a customer support specialist will be in touch within 24 hours. Then within 20 working days they will give you the outcome of the investigation.
If you’re not happy with the response given you can escalate the complaint and have someone review it.
