TUI will deal with each complaint about the services they offer individually as they take any complaints very seriously. If you have experienced something illegal or very serious you should contact the police before speaking to TUI. You may be offered a refund or compensation.

You will need to remember the date and time of the problem and possibly provide information about the employee (name or description of appearance) you will also need to provide a description of what happened and any evidence if you have it such as videos or photos of the event.
