Complaints
Call the number to make a complaint to RAC, when you phone this number they will take details of your complaint and their dedicated customer advisors will aim to resolve the problem as soon as they can. They typically aim to have it sorted by the end of the next working day.
In the case of them not being able to resolve it in this normally quick manner, they will contact you within five working days to give you an explanation of what’s happening, and how long you can expect to wait for your resolution to come through.
It can then take up to eight weeks for them to give you a final response on your complaint, and they will get back to you either by calling or writing to you.
