Hotel Complaints – 0843 208 2362
Premier Inn do have a reputation for being a top quality hotel and a great and reliable choice when it comes to convenient travel. However, that doesn’t mean there is no room for mistakes and if you have a bad experience with a Premier Inn hotel then the best thing to do is to ring the complaint line. Your complaint might be about the customer service you received whilst staying at the hotel, an issue you have had during the booking process or the quality and cleanliness of a hotel room that you stayed in. Any of these things should not have to be put up with by a Premier Inn customer so if you have been a victim of unsatisfactory service, report it immediately. If you are experiencing booking problems before you arrive at the hotel, such as being overcharged for a booking, being charged a cancellation fee when you were told cancellation was free of charge or arriving at a Premier Inn hotel only to find that your booking was not valid and your room has not been prepared, despite you having full confirmation details. As well as this number, there is also a space on the Premier Inn website where you can chat online to customer service – this is an opportunity to talk about any grievances you might have. If you would prefer to put a complaint in writing then the head office address listed above is where you should send your letter – you will receive a response within two weeks, but if you don’t, the complaints number is always available to follow up with. The Premier Inn hotel complaints process is fairly simple and it will hopefully be solved during the initial phone call. However, if it is an ongoing issue then it might be that it needs to be escalated to the correct department. If this is the case, you may receive a callback date or be asked to speak to someone who specialises in your area of complaint. The complaints line can help you to receive the compensation that you deserve if your stay at a Premier Inn hotel was not up to standard. It could be something small such as the TV not working in your room, to something more serious such as unwashed bedding or a rude member of staff – all of which should be reported as soon as possible.
Account & Booking Complaints – 0843 658 0847
Booking a hotel can sometimes be a complicated process. It is always advised that you book a hotel as soon as possible to avoid being disappointed by fully booked rooms. However, Premier Inn do appreciate that this is not always feasible and do have a lot of great last minute deals for you to take a look at. Whether you have booked in advance or at the very last minute, you should experience a smooth and easy booking process, but if you do not then you can call this number to discuss the issues that you are having. When you make a booking with Premier Inn, you will be asked to create an account that will record your booking history and will also record your preferences (eg. double room, breakfast included etc) so that if you book another room with Booking.com you can quickly complete the booking process rather than having to re-enter things like your payment details and your billing address. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, the first thing that you should do is call the complaints line in case you have been hacked. Similarly, if you have booked a hotel and cannot find the confirmation in your account then you should call the number to have your confirmation re-sent. Your account is secure and is accessed only by a username and password of your choice (your username is usually your email address). If you forget these details you can call the account & booking complaints line and someone will help you securely gain access to your account.
