About Orange
Orange was launched in 1993 as a mobile network and internet service provider. In recent years (2015) Orange has merged with T-mobile to create new mobile network EE, a joint venture that so far has been extremely successful and is, in fact, the UK’s largest mobile network operator. Although the joint venture has been in place for a while, you can still remain as an Orange customer. Previous and existing orange customers also have the option to upgrade to an EE tariff if they prefer. if you would like to upgrade your phone and contract and you are on Orange at the minute, you will automatically be switched to EE. If you keep your phone and tariff the same, you will remain on the Orange UK network.

Orange Mobile Complaints
People use their mobile phones on an extremely regular basis and so it is important that they are reliable. Whether you have been on the Orange network for years or are a new customer to EE, it is also important that you feel happy to stay loyal to the brand and so if you are having any issues with your device or service, the network operators will want to know about it. If you have previously attempted to get an issue resolved, or previously attempted to complain about something and were met with poor customer service, you should call to be put through to the correct adviser.
Orange Broadband Complaints
Each Orange home broadband user has an online account that they can access online, which ultimately allows them to view their usage as well as pay any outstanding bills. If you choose to switch to Orange broadband, the package will be delivered to you in the post, if you are having any issues with set up or delivery, please call. Setting up your broadband is fairly easy and there are guides provided online to do this, including what your username should look like and how to access any parental control options. Once your broadband is up and running, you are guaranteed to be provided with ‘superfast’ speed and so if you feel that your broadband isn’t performing as well as it should, then you can ring the complaints number to have any issues dealt with. sometimes, if you are having service issues with your broadband (slow speed, refusing to connect to the internet etc) then it could be a fault in the area. If you feel this is the case please call the complaints number to alert the experts at Orange to the issue. To find out whether or not this is happening, you can go online and use their service checker, where you can see whereabouts on the map Orange service is down.
