Megabus Gold Complaints

The Megabus Gold is the sleeper service between Scotland and London, the service was terminated in 2017, however if you would like to complain about there no longer being a service you can phone the number 0843 178 4074. The service was terminated due to a lack of demand, so if Megabus get enough complaints to replace or reinstate the service, they may very well start it again or something similar.

When you call this number you’ll have to explain your personal situation, as typically Megabus don’t offer refunds on tickets.
