Returning a product you have bought in-store is easy, you can just return it at any Marks and Spencer store. However, If you have ordered something online and are not happy with it, you can easily return it via four different methods which are: Collect Plus, Royal Mail, Inpost Locker, or return directly to store. These are usually free and a refund will be issued provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Exclusions occur for large items such as pieces of furniture where a collection will have to be arranged by the M&S team at your own cost of £50.
