Complain about Hungryhouse by calling Just Eat. Following a merger with rival takeaway company Just Eat in early 2018, Hungryhouse is sadly no more. The business closed down its individual operations on 22nd May 2018. It is now operating under Just Eat.
If there is a problem regarding your takeaway order, call to complain and to get a resolution. Call if there is an error with your order made through the website. You can get confirmation if you did not receive an e-mail about your order. Call and complain if the restaurant cancels your order, or Just Eat charges you more than it should have. Complain if your food is late and it is a while past the delivery time they gave you. If your order arrives and you find that it is the wrong food or something is missing, ring to complain about this.
Like the website, the Hungryhouse app is defunct now. Instead, Hungryhouse customers can order through the more streamlined Just Eat app. If you are unable to download the app, log in, place an order, or process payment in the app, then call with a complaint. Report glitches or incorrect information in the app and get technical support. Just Eat can help you to place your order with your restaurant of choice if your app is not working. Please do not try to order through the Hungryhouse app, as Just Eat won’t get it.
While Just Eat is integrating Hungryhouse and all of its partners into its own system, their customer accounts are not part of the merger. This means that your Hungryhouse account is effectively gone now, too. If you did not already have a separate Just Eat account, you will have to create one to place an order. Call if you have problems registering for Just Eat or accessing an account. Complain if you want to know about the personal data from your Hungryhouse account, or if you had credit or vouchers that you never got to use.
Lovers of food, convenience, and bargains relied on Hungryhouse and continue to rely on Just Eat for value takeaway treats. Just Eat offers restaurant discounts and voucher codes to its customers frequently. If you are unable to make the most of your money with an offer, call. Complain if you receive a code that is not valid or a promotion does not apply to your area. You should complain if you use a voucher when ordering then realize that you were charged the wrong amount. Call to claim a voucher under the Price Promise.
If you have a complaint about a restaurant, you should try contacting them directly. Their contact details will be in your order confirmation. If the restaurant won’t take responsibility or try to make amends for your issue, then call. Make a complaint to them about the restaurant and Just Eat will look into their practices and may assist with problem resolution. You should complain to Just Eat if you experience problems with a restaurant every time you order. This could include late delivery, poor quality food, or unhelpful staff.
The restaurants who work with Just Eat are called partners. Many Hungryhouse partners have transferred to Just Eat because of the merger. Call to speak to Just Eat if you are a partner in need of assistance with your business account or customer orders. Partnering with Just Eat helps to boost awareness of your business and increase revenue. However, if a partner feels that Just Eat is shortchanging them in some way, they can call to complain. Restaurants can report customers to Just Eat, who could suspend their account.
