You can complain about personal shopping if you are not happy with the experience or lack of it. The House of Fraser website was temporarily down during the 2018 company takeover. Check with your bank before calling House of Fraser to complain about a payment issue with an online order. You can complain about discounts not working or technical problems on the website. Complain if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail or a dispatch e-mail for tracking.

House of Fraser Delivery Complaints

Allow the advertised number of days according to your delivery selection before contacting House of Fraser to complain about a late delivery. If there is something wrong with the tracking information, call 0843 208 5614 to discuss where your parcel is. Complain if the parcel is missing or something in it is damaged or faulty. Contact the store if you chose the collection option and then call this number if the store fails to help you with your order. Complain if the delivery company is not assisting either.

House of Fraser Returns Complaints

You can get a refund from House of Fraser if you return an item in the condition that you bought it within 14 days. This is up to 28 days if you want an exchange or House of Fraser credit note. Call up on 0843 208 5615 if there is a problem with your refund after a return. Let them know beforehand if you are returning something that is faulty, so that they don’t assume you caused the fault or it was damaged in transit from you back to them. Keep the return post receipt to support your complaint.
