Honda Customer Complaints
The Honda website makes browsing and ordering electronic items extremely easy as they have split all of their products into separate categories, so you can find exactly what you are looking for. The type of products that are produced by Honda and are available on their UK website are ‘cars’, ‘bikes’, ‘marine’, ‘industrial’, ‘lawn and garden’, ‘snowthrowers’ and ‘ATV’s’. By clicking on any of these categories, you can see all the different types that Honda offer of a particular product. Honda is well known for their bikes and there is plenty to choose from on the website. You can click to ‘find out more’ about some of Honda’s most sought after models or you can click to locate your nearest dealership if you would prefer to view the models in person. If you have found one that you are particularly interested in you can book a test drive there and then, simply enter your contact details and your address and Honda will contact you with an arranged date and time. Want to have more information before making any decisions? Why not download the brochure from the Honda website? If you want to purchase a motorbike but are having difficulty deciding which one is right for you, then you can use the Honda website ‘help you choose’ feature which will find bikes for people that used to ride, want to get into riding or want to improve their riding skills. You can also use the website to join Honda’s school of motorcycling if you would like to be trained to ride a bike or feel like you could do with some more practice. You can browse through all of Honda’s new and used models and filter your search by price, engine size and model if you are looking for a specific one. Honda hopes that you are 100% happy with anything that you receive from them but understand that sometimes mistakes are made. If you have a complaint to Honda whether it be about the running of a model that you have bought or customer service you received whilst using Honda, they will definitely want to hear about it. Honda participates in the MCIA ‘Buy with Confidence’ programme and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases. If you are not, you can either get in touch via the complaints line or contact the Honda complaints department online.
Honda Complaints Procedure
Honda have a customer support centre for any complaints that might need to be reported and this can be found online on their website. You can fill out a form online stating what your query is regarding eg. ‘cars’, ‘motorcycles’ etc and then fill out the details section so that someone can come back to you with a response to your complaint. You then have a maximum of 500 characters to outline your reason for complaining and you can choose whether you prefer to be contacted by phone or email. Your query will eventually make its way through to Honda but if you have an emergency complaint to make, calling the complaints number means it will be dealt with immediately.
Honda Complaints Email
Honda doesn’t have a complaints email to contact directly if you do want to complain online, you can fill out the enquiry form that is mentioned above.
There are cars to suit all different kinds of tastes and budgets on the Honda website as well as your local Honda dealership.
