Green Star Energy Perks Complaints

There is a rewards programme for Green Star Energy customers simply known as Perks. Eligible tariffs will enable customers to open a Perks account and collect Perks points per fuel every three months. Customers can then redeem these points for smart products or gift vouchers. Call to complain if you do not receive Perks points or your points balance is incorrect. You can complain about the rewards if you are not happy with the selection on offer.
