You should complain if you have problems accessing or using your online account. Complain about payments if there is an issue with your Direct Debit or other methods. Or complain about hassles with proving your No Claims Discount or looking at your policy documents, or extra insurance products.

Esure Car Insurance Complaints

Esure advertises that 50% of new customers could pay £419 less for car insurance with them. Call to complain about a quote if it does not save you money. Their car insurance policies include windscreen cover and guaranteed repairs. Complain if there is a fault with these. You should also complain if any other promised cover that you paid for is denied, such as legal liability, driving other cars, motoring legal advice, or a courtesy car.

Esure Multicar Insurance Complaints

Multicar insurance can save you money rather than standard car insurance. It offers the same cover and extra boosts such as breakdown, personal injury, and key cover. However, you can get a 10% discount on additional policies for drivers at the same address. Call to complain if your Multicar quote doesn’t reflect the promised discount, or they don’t guarantee the quote for 365 days. Or call if they don’t match your No Claims Discount.

Esure Home Insurance Complaints

Home insurance at Esure includes contents insurance and buildings insurance. You can boost this policy by adding extras to cover personal possessions, annual travel, or pest infestations. Call to complain if you do not get family legal protection or home emergency cover free for 12 months as advertised when you join. If you have not made a claim in 5 years you can get up to 40% off. Complain if they do not offer you this.

Esure Travel Insurance Complaints

Whether you book a last-minute single trip or are a frequent long-haul traveller, Esure should be able to cover you for it. If you book online you should get a discount of up to 20%. You can also cover up to 6 children under 18 years old on your policy for free. Call and complain if you are unable to get discounts which you are entitled to. Complain if you think a quote isn’t accurate or you can’t tailor the extras the way you need.
