The returns policy depends on what you wish to return. You can cancel/change network on pay monthly new contracts within 14 days, but if you upgraded only Vodafone and Virgin Mobile will allow you to swap it for a different phone within 14 days. You can return/exchange pay as you go phones in-store within 14 days, but you usually won’t be able to get a refund. SIM free phones can be swapped within 14 days of purchase but can’t be refunded.
