Buy as you View is a financial assistance company that allows customers to buy/hire products that are paid back through a coin meter weekly with no deposit or credit checks. Buy as you View was first established in 1972 in South Wales as a rental company and quickly developed to operate in North Wales, Yorkshire, Midlands, North West and Scotland as well as employing around 700 staff nationwide. There may be a number of reasons as to why you wish to complain to Buy and View and if you have a complaint, you should contact the complaints number. The Buy and View complaints department can also be accessed online, where you will be asked to fill in a complaints form. This complaints form will ask for your contact details (name, address, email etc) as well as your customer account number and a brief description of why it is that you are complaining. Buy as you View is an online service that attaches a smart meter to your TV which then enables you to pay off any product you have purchased from them in monthly instalments. The money is inserted into your smart meter which consequently runs off the payments. The money is then collected from the meter by a home visitor – and any money that is left over will be given to you as a rebate. Thanks to this system, creators are arguing that it is a great way to save money as well as affording essential appliances at the same time. Buy as you View have two types of mobile phones on their website that are available to purchase on finance. These are the Samsung Galaxy A3 with a cash price of £419.99 and the Vodafone Smart First 6 with a cash price of £99.99. Each of the mobiles have hi-tech features and cameras. For the Vodafone model, you can purchase it for a payment of £1.60 per week for a total of 104 weeks  and the Samsung comes in at slightly pricier – £6.71 per week for two years.
