BT Complaints Department

The BT Complaints department consists of friendly, helpful members of staff who are waiting to help you resolve your complaint. You can speak to specially-trained complaints advisors by calling the complaints number on this page or by using the live chat function on the BT website. The operators will aim to solve your complaint there and then, but may take the information and get back to you.

If you wish to submit your complaint to BT by email, it will take up to 10 days to receive a response. Therefore, complaining via email isn’t usually the quickest way to complain. If you’re calling to make a complaint you can register your disappointment with the service that you’re currently receiving. When you call this number you can make complaints about works that affecting roads in your area, or causing disruption to your daily activities. If you think roadworks are being dragged out or causing more damage than anticipated you can phone this number to report it. BT Complaints Procedure

BT aims to resolve all of your complaints when you call to make them, however, in the unusual case that they can’t, they’ll take some details from you and tell you how long it’ll take for them to look into your complaint and get back to you with a response.
