Aldi Product Complaints
If you have recently bought a product at Aldi and it was not satisfactory or it broke/went off extremely quickly after purchase and you would like to file a complaint you can call the product complaints team. You will need to provide the product barcode, the product name, what store you bought the product in and the receipt number if you have it and then describe what is wrong with the product. You may receive a refund or compensation.
If you have recently visited an Aldi store and you were unhappy with an experience you had there such as an employee being rude or unhelpful, a dirty or unsafe store or the shelves were empty/stock was lacking you can file a complaint by calling. You will need to provide information about what store you went to and when (including time if you remember) and the names or description of any employees who were rude or unhelpful.
Online Order Complaints
If you have ordered some products online from Aldi and you are unhappy with how they have arrived or the condition of the products or you are unhappy with the online services available from Aldi you can call to discuss these problems or file a complaint about it. You may be asked to provide evidence of purchase and evidence of the product at fault etc.
If you have had something from Aldi delivered to your home and it arrived late, didn’t arrive at all or arrived broken you can call and inform a member of the staff about this problem, you may be offered some compensation or a refund for the products. They may be able to track your order if it is just late and not lost, stolen or broken.
If you’re complaining to Aldi on the contact number above, you can expect that they will do their best to resolve your complaint regarding a product or their service to you whilst you’re on the phone to them. However, if they can’t resolve it there and then, they’ll aim to get back to you in a quick time frame with their reply.
