Adidas Complaints UK
The Adidas website showcases all of their products that are available to order either into your nearest Adidas store or to your home address. The website has mainly clothing and footwear but also has a number of sporting accessories such as bags and hats, scarves and gloves. You can shop either in the female, male or kids section or if you play a particular type of sport you can shop in that category, making your search a lot easier and ensuring that you are buying equipment that is suitable for the sport that you are undertaking. Adidas also have a number of well-known brands within their brand such as StellaSport (Stella McCartney), Adidas Originals, Porsche Design Sport and Adidas Neo (you can shop all of these on the website). If you want something unique and original then Adidas lets you customise their products into something personal that only you will have. You can create your own pair of trainers using the ‘customise’ option on the Adidas website. You will be given the choice of trainer ‘type’ eg. Adidas Gazelles, Adidas Superstars or Adidas Tubulars and you can then design whatever you want on your ‘blank canvas’. You can then order them directly from the Adidas website – please allow 4-6 weeks for your shoes to be custom made and delivered. Of course, Adidas hope that you are happy with whatever you purchase from them but if you find something to be faulty, damaged or broken, whether you bought it online or in a store, then they will be happy to exchange or refund you the purchase. If you have ordered something from Adidas and are wondering where it is, you can use the ‘order tracker’ located at the top of the Adidas homepage. Simply enter your order number and the website will tell you whereabouts your order is. If you notice anything unusual such as the tracking system stating that your order is delivered when you have not received it, please call the Complaints Number as soon as possible.
